Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control plant production operations. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 regulations. Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency indicators. Manage operational staff performance and ensure goal achievement. Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance programs. Optimize the use of raw materials, supplies, and productive resources. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and reduction of downtime. Prepare management reports and performance analysis for decision-making. Salary: Negotiable salary + Statutory benefits + Additional benefits Requirements: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in food or mass-consumption production plants. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. Additional Knowledge: Dairy processes: pasteurization, fermentation, homogenization, filling, and packaging. Regulations: GMP, HACCP, INVIMA, OSH. Production indicators and continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S, etc.). Staff management and leadership of operational teams.
