Responsibilities: - Inspect chicken for frying, checking for feathers, verifying weight, deboning the thigh, and cutting the wing joint to ensure compliance with established standards. - Bread and fry chicken and its derivatives according to established procedures. - Filter and wash deep fryers following specified instructions and procedures. - Inspect oil color and notify the Manager when oil replacement is required. - Perform pre-preparation of products (chicken wings, picanugys) according to quantities specified by the Manager, adhering to procedures and clearly indicating product expiration dates. · Salary: $1,750,905 + social benefits + Sunday surcharges + overtime surcharges. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of less than one year, renewable. Work Location: Oriente.
