We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Qualifications** **Your Role as a Transformation Key Contributor:** Join the Quality/Automation team by performing tests and verifying that software meets technical, functional, and security requirements; collaborate within cross-functional teams under the guidance of more experienced colleagues; and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes to prevent errors in future releases. Your work contributes to delivering reliable products or services. Specifically: * Support continuous improvement through initiatives aimed at enhancing development and quality processes, follow industry best practices, and contribute to feedback loops guided by leadership. * Collaborate with development teams, product owners, client teams, and other team members to ensure final product quality. * Metrics Tracking: Analyze quality metrics to understand and evaluate development process performance and test effectiveness. * Technical, Functional, and Security Testing: Provide review support for specific tests to meet client requirements under various software conditions and ensure its security. * Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation covering test cases, procedures, and test results. * Training: Stay updated on quality assurance best practices as guided by your team lead, whenever necessary.
