Job Summary: We are seeking a Crew Driver to ensure the secure and timely transportation of information and documentation between Iron Mountain and our customers. Key Highlights: 1. Job Summary (Job Summary): We are seeking a Crew Driver to support the secure and timely transportation of information and documentation between Iron Mountain and our customers. This position requires experience in truck driving, customer service, and adherence to security protocols, ensuring proper safeguarding of documents and care of assigned assets. · What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Deliver and receive information and documentation in accordance with established procedures. Transport documentation securely and punctually between Iron Mountain and customers. Provide clear customer service and information to clients during assigned routes. Ensure proper care of vehicles and assets assigned for operations. Safeguard the security and integrity of transported documents. Comply with company-established security policies and guidelines. Report any incidents occurring during routes. Use assigned uniforms and equipment correctly. · What You'll Bring (Skills and Qualifications) · Technical or academic high school diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience in truck driving. Valid C1 or C2 driver's license (C2 license preferred). Familiarity with Barranquilla and its metropolitan area: Soledad, Malambo, Galapa, Puerto Colombia, and Juan Mina. Experience with or operation of NPR, FRR, NRR, Carry, and Van-type vehicles. Ability to load and unload deliveries. Organizational skills, responsibility, and orientation toward compliance with security protocols. Willingness to take a theoretical-practical driving test. · What We Offer (Benefits) Competitive monthly salary: $1,982,430 COP. Monthly productivity bonus: $200,000 COP. Snacks three times per week. Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturday availability for urgent matters. Contract type: Fixed-term for 3 months with possibility of extension. Work location: Calle 10 39-06, Iron Mountain Warehouse, Almacarga Industrial Park, opposite Malambo Airport, Atlántico. EPS (Health Insurance). Pension and severance fund. Compensation fund.
