Platform Administrator \- Windows** **–****!** This is your chance to launch your professional career at one of the best workplaces in Latin America! **Description** Serve as the direct point of contact with the client for performing technical tasks—including administration, maintenance, repair, and installation—on the following platforms: Active Directory and Windows. **Position Responsibilities** * Maintain platform health for both applications and infrastructure across Windows and Active Directory servers and systems. * Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks according to established deadlines and in compliance with SLAs defined by clients for such deliverables. * Ensure all services provided are properly documented using company-defined templates, duly signed and accepted by the client. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years managing, configuring, and maintaining Active Directory \- Windows environments. * **Education:** Systems or Computer Engineering degree, or related fields; knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation certification preferred). * **Technical Skills:** Administration, hardening, and implementation of Windows and Active Directory technologies; certification in either is preferred. Proactive, team-oriented, self-managed, customer-service focused, empowered, process-compliant and mature; knowledge of ITIL (ITIL Foundation certification desirable). * **Languages:** Intermediate English
