We focus on providing exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial growth through dedicated, results-oriented, and service-focused teams. · Purpose of the position · Ensure achievement of commercial objectives through supervision, support, and follow-up of the sales team, ensuring efficient management, attainment of performance indicators, and accomplishment of established goals. · Key responsibilities · Directly supervise the sales team, verifying completion of assigned commercial activities. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly achievement of individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales representatives’ performance, evaluating productivity, effectiveness, and quality of management. Accompany the team during visits, calls, or commercial activities, supporting negotiations and deal closures.
