A reputable service company requires professionals in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields for its team, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a COMMERCIAL ANALYST, performing duties such as: Knowledge of commercial processes and sales strategies. Management and analysis of commercial performance indicators. Monitoring and control of sales targets and budget compliance. Preparation of commercial reports, statistics, and managerial reports. Database management and commercial information analysis. Knowledge of customer service and support. Proficiency in office tools, especially intermediate or advanced Excel. Portfolio monitoring and control, collections, and customer behavior analysis. Ability to conduct market, regional, and sales behavior analysis. Management and supervision of the sales force and operational staff. Knowledge of negotiation processes and supplier or customer management. Planning and monitoring of routes, coverage, and commercial execution. Inventory control and validation, returns, and commercial incidents. Numerical analysis capability and preparation of commercial forecasts. Management of KPIs and achievement of organizational objectives. Knowledge of strategy development for customer growth and retention. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Skill in assertive communication and conflict resolution. Organization, planning, and monitoring of administrative and commercial processes. Management of audits, document tracking, and operational control.
