Business growth and advisory: Drive your customers’ development by improving their commercial spaces and delivering 100% personalized service at their own establishments. Customer retention and risk mitigation: Advise and timely remind customers of their payment dates to ensure portfolio quality and prevent delinquency (Note: Physical collections are handled by the recovery officer; your role is preventive and commercially supportive). Credit quality assurance: Be accountable for microfinance credit operations that strictly comply with the entity’s qualitative and financial principles. Profile Requirements Academic Level: Completed technology degree with verifiable certification OR active undergraduate student (minimum 6th semester completed, passed, and certifiable) in administrative, financial, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in external field sales (Door-to-Door - PAP, Store-to-Store - TAT, or similar), with strict adherence to performance indicators and commercial KPIs. Working Conditions and Benefits Location / Modality: Barranquilla or neighboring municipalities (80% street-based in assigned zones / 20% office-based). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No work on Sundays or holidays; occasional Saturday availability required if operationally necessary). Total Compensation Base Salary: $2,528,300 + Transportation Allowance (as per law): $249,095 + Mobility Allowance (approx.): $300,000 + Commissions with a maximum ceiling of up to $5,500,000 (100% benefits-based).
