The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing human talent strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, employee well-being, and current labor regulations. Specific knowledge required for this position: • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields. • Specialization in Human Resource Management, Human Talent Management, Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety, or related areas. • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management and personnel administration processes. • Proficiency in personnel selection, hiring, onboarding, and separation processes. • Knowledge of labor legislation, applicable standards, and procedures. • Payroll management, social benefits, severance calculations, and social security administration. • Knowledge of disciplinary processes and labor relations. • Design and implementation of human talent policies and procedures. • Strategic human talent planning aligned with organizational objectives. • Management indicator tracking and preparation of managerial reports. • Occupational well-being, organizational climate, and corporate culture management. • Design and execution of staff training and development plans. • Performance evaluation and labor competency tracking expertise. • Leadership, team direction, and team management capabilities. • Proficiency in office tools and Human Resource Management software. • Knowledge of labor audits and external entity requirements. • Administration and documentation control of resumes and personnel files. • Management of affiliations with EPS (Health Providers), ARL (Occupational Risk Providers), AFP (Pension Fund Administrators), and Compensation Funds. • Expertise in developing and updating job function manuals and position profiles. • Planning and control of staffing, vacations, leave requests, and personnel updates. • Knowledge of talent retention, motivation, and loyalty strategies. • Analytical ability, decision-making skills, and capacity to resolve organizational problems. • Confidential and responsible handling of personnel information. • Experience managing operational, administrative, and commercial staff. • Ability to lead change processes, continuous improvement, and organizational strengthening. -Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Professional Program 5 years of experience Languages: Spanish Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor
