This role is critical to ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with industrial safety standards, contributing to the smooth execution of operations. Requirements Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience operating lathes, machining, or mechanical maintenance. Valid certification for working at heights. Preferred Experience Shipyards and naval/riverine repair workshops. Companies in the metal-mechanical sector. Lathe, machining, and component manufacturing workshops. Industrial maintenance and diesel engine companies. Vessel construction, repair, or repowering. Industrial plants with mechanical maintenance processes. Main Responsibilities Assist the Lathe Officer in component manufacturing and fitting. Prepare materials, tools, and supplies. Support assembly and disassembly of components on equipment. Perform basic preventive cleaning and maintenance. Collaborate in naval and mechanical repairs. Comply with quality, safety, and HSE regulatory standards. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $1,929,000 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits Bonuses and benefits Contract: Fixed-term for 6 months.
