Job Summary: Production and Process Control Coordinator to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality in the manufacturing of steel-derived products. Key Highlights: 1. TREFIALAMBRES S.A.S., a company within the TREFILADOS DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. group, dedicated to manufacturing steel-derived products such as metal claddings, welded wire meshes, tacks, staples, nails, chain-link fences, barbed wires, and composite steel sheets, is seeking a Production and Process Control Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to guarantee efficiency, productivity, and quality in production processes, ensuring optimal machine operation and compliance of products with established quality standards. Important: This is a 100% on-site position—not an office-based role. The professional must be constantly present in the production area, supervising processes, equipment, and operational personnel. 1. Responsibilities / Scope of the Position - Directly supervise plant operations, verifying that all machines operate at maximum capacity and meet production targets. - Control product quality (weight, appearance, and technical specifications). - Verify correct product labeling (batches, dates, and operators). - Ensure accurate completion of production forms, validating recorded information. - Coordinate with the maintenance department to report, manage, and track required repairs or spare parts, ensuring timely machine repairs. - Conduct daily monitoring of productivity, efficiency, and goal-achievement indicators. - Propose and implement continuous improvement actions for plant processes. 2. Requirements - University degree, technical diploma, or technological qualification in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision or coordination roles within production processes, preferably in metal-mechanical, metallurgical, or manufacturing companies. - Knowledge of quality control, industrial maintenance, production planning, and performance indicator management. - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and production control tools. - Ability to lead operational teams and work under pressure. - Residence in Malambo or nearby municipalities. - Full availability to work on-site. 3.
