A leading company in the commercial sector is seeking a professional passionate about sales and team leadership to take on the challenge of: Distribution Channel Commercial Coordinator What will be your mission? You will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy of the distribution channel, ensuring achievement of sales targets, business growth, brand positioning, and market expansion. You will oversee supervisory teams, driving their performance and ensuring efficient resource management. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in commercial or administrative areas is desirable. 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles. Minimum 2 years leading teams or distribution channels. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or direct sales channel management is valued.
