Job Objective Design, define, and lead Oracle-based technology solution architectures, ensuring integration, scalability, security, availability, and alignment with Coltefinanciera’s technology and business strategy. Responsible for ensuring implemented solutions efficiently support the entity’s financial and operational processes, promoting best practices in enterprise architecture and software development. Academic Qualifications Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: * Specialization in Software Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, or related areas. * Oracle certifications related to databases, middleware, integration, cloud, or solution architecture. Experience * Minimum five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solution architectures. * Experience in the financial, banking, fintech, or financial services sectors. * Experience in digital transformation projects, technological modernization, application integration, and platform migration. * Experience leading technology architecture initiatives and supporting development, infrastructure, and technology vendor teams. **Technical Knowledge** Solid expertise in software architecture, enterprise architecture, and Oracle-based technology solution design. Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Knowledge of API-based integration, REST and SOAP services, microservices, messaging, and service-oriented architectures. Familiarity with software development methodologies, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous deployment, environment management, application security, relational databases, data modeling, and monitoring tools. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks. Work Location: On-site employment
