Job Summary: We are seeking physically fit and committed personnel to work in production, handling and classifying waste, operating tools, and supporting logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Physical fitness and commitment to production environments. 2. Waste handling and classification, including operation of tools. 3. Support in cleaning, warehouse organization, and inventory management. We seek personnel with high physical fitness, commitment, and ability to work in production environments and material handling. Responsibilities: Collect and classify waste within the facility Separate reusable and incinerable materials Operate tools such as electric saws, grinders, and compactors Load and unload materials in warehouses or vehicles Organize, weigh, and store waste according to type Support cleaning and organization of warehouses, inventory, and logistics processes Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: At least 6 months of experience in loading/unloading and warehouse organization. Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal Transportation Allowance + Statutory Benefits + Overtime Pay Work Schedule: Two shift types — rotating 8-hour shifts from Sunday to Sunday with one day off per week (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School / Secondary Education Less than 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
