Laboratory Analyst

Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 94,000 employees and a network of over 2,600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** Perform the required chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses in the different areas or fields of activity of the Laboratory, according to the procedures established by the Company. * Timely request work materials and/or consumables from the immediate supervisor to ensure the normal progress of laboratory operations. * Validate testing methods according to the laboratory's quality assurance program guidelines. * Validate and report laboratory analysis results, taking into account internal QA/QC controls. * Ensure proper handling of all laboratory equipment assigned, including verification and/or execution of operational performance/efficiency checks and calibration, according to established laboratory procedures. * Ensure correct use of protective equipment during work execution. * Provide timely information to the immediate supervisor regarding any non-conforming product in the process, customer complaints and/or claims, actively participating in the identification and implementation of corrective actions, improvement plans, and associated process risks. * Ensure active participation in scheduled and unscheduled internal and external audits. * Participate in the identification of process-related risks. * Participate in updating procedures, instructions, and others according to area requirements. * Ensure compliance with organizational internal rules and procedures. * Guarantee timely data entry into the system and timely delivery of analytical results. * Promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any damage or anomalies affecting the operation of assigned equipment or the facilities where work is performed. * Implement, maintain, and improve the laboratory's quality management system, identifying deviations from this system or from procedures for carrying out laboratory activities. * Other duties assigned inherent to the position. **Requirements** Academic Background: Chemical Engineer, Chemical Technician and/or Technologist, Chemist, or related fields. Experience: Preferably six (6) months of laboratory analysis and/or quality control experience. Technical Knowledge: Laboratory-specific knowledge; preferably laboratory quality control according to NTC-ISO/IEC 17025 standard, office software tools (Word, Excel, PPT). **Additional Information** Salary: 1,583,800 + Social Benefits Contract type: Work-based contract

* Collaborate in the development and updating of the Center's Educational Project and Curriculum Project. * Organize, coordinate, and direct the work of the Preschool staff. * Promote the achievement of the Center's objectives, analyze and evaluate its overall functioning as well as all projects and activities. * Prepare, coordinate, and lead meetings of the Educational Team. * Ensure compliance with the Center's rules and regulations. * Create the school schedule and calendar for staff and children attending the center according to established criteria. * Manage school fees. * Provide necessary materials to all staff so they can perform their work in an orderly and proper manner. * Act as support staff in daily or extraordinary activities. * Facilitate communication with families to encourage their participation in the school's daily life.\- Serve as the representative of the Preschool before Educational and Local Administrations, maintaining direct contact with them to ensure proper service operation. * Maintain contact with specialized personnel together with the educator in cases of children with Special Educational Needs. * Carry out enrollment procedures in collaboration and coordination with the City Council. * Justify purchases made from businesses that do not have direct invoicing with the City Council. * Report, when necessary, to the City Council's maintenance services to repair, inspect, or improve the Preschool facilities. * Register required documents at the City Council's office as needed. * In emergency situations, act responsibly, assess incidents, and inform parents. * Be familiar with the Center's Evacuation Plan and act accordingly in case of emergency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 3:50 PM. **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
