A prominent industrial\-manufacturing sector company is currently seeking an **International Procurement Buyer\-Coordinator** responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing international sourcing strategies for machinery, raw materials, and supplies—ensuring optimal commercial terms, cost optimization, on-time delivery, and development of strategic suppliers that contribute to the organization’s competitiveness and profitability.
**Responsibilities:**
· Coordinate and execute international procurement processes for machinery, equipment, raw materials, and supplies.
· Ensure timely supply of materials required for operations.
· Manage purchase orders and track international suppliers.
· Supplier Portfolio Management
· Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
· Conduct periodic performance evaluations considering quality, cost, service, and compliance.
· Secure optimal pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
· Manage long-term commercial agreements and contracts.
· Tariff Comparison and Analysis
· Analyze and compare supplier and logistics operator quotations.
· Evaluate international freight, insurance, freight forwarder, and customs clearance service rates.
International Logistics
· Coordinate import and export processes.
· Track international and domestic transportation until final delivery.
· Manage customs documentation and compliance with foreign trade regulations.
**Requirements**
· Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in international procurement, strategic sourcing, or foreign trade.
· Experience negotiating with international suppliers.
· Knowledge of imports, international logistics, and cost management.
Foreign trade and INCOTERMS.
· Supply planning.
· Intermediate Excel and ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar).
· Intermediate English
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month, 8 AM to 12 PM
15-minute morning break, 1-hour lunch break, and 15-minute afternoon break
