Interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical follow-up according to protocols A leading healthcare company is looking for a committed, responsible, and patient-centered Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse specializing in comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease. We are searching for a professional with a strong service vocation, skills in patient education, clinical follow-up, and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring safe, humanized, and high-quality care. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing with current registration in RETHUS. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in renal programs, peritoneal dialysis, or care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Functions and/or Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive follow-up and support for patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis therapy. Provide patient and family education on proper home-based therapy management. Perform nursing assessments and clinical follow-up according to institutional protocols. Identify and promptly report risks, complications, or adverse events related to treatment. Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards. Maintain up-to-date clinical and administrative records as required. Participate in health promotion, prevention, and treatment adherence activities. Salary: To be agreed upon.
