JOB DESCRIPTION **It’s more than a job** ------------------------- As part of Kuehne\+Nagel’s Contract Logistics team, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether leading a team, designing processes, or driving projects, your work ensures our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered accurately. At Kuehne\+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse: it helps shape the flow of global trade. ###### **‎** The CFW Super User is responsible for supporting the WMS and secondary systems within Contract Logistics. The role includes second-level support, user training, setup for new customers, continuous improvement activities, and data monitoring. **How you’ll make an impact** ------------------------ * WMS implementation and configuration * Process exchange across systems. * Testing of new system version releases. * Coordination of release activities. * Go\-Live support. * Knowledge of functional requirements. * User support. * Optimization of workflows in the WMS. * Internal and customer testing. * Effective communication and coordination with the site manager. * Analyze and maintain data quality in the WMS. * User audits. Implementation Support * Assume the role and act as a resource on the project. * Develop WMS SOPs jointly with the Site Manager. * Configure, design, and map processes jointly with the Site Manager and Business IT Manager. * Monitor activities described in the SOPs. Local Set\-up (Set\-up of new customers) * Basic WMS configuration supported by the CFW Regional Super User. * Basic EDI interface configuration in the Middleware (Interface Processing System) supported by the EDI \& Regional Super User. * Customer solution testing. * Address internal operational requirements on a day\-to\-day basis. User Trainings * Identify user needs. * Train local users. Compliance and Improvements * Ongoing review of operational processes to ensure information accuracy and SOP updates. * Coordinate improvement analysis followed by solution testing. * Work according to organizational standards based on ISO 9001. Sales Support * Support business needs by ensuring appropriate configurations that promote product sales. **What we’d like you to bring** ----------------------------------- Technical, technological, or professional degree in Systems Engineering or Logistics.
