Support for production processes **Plant Operator – RETECTIRE (Retreading Company)** **Location:** Madrid, Cundinamarca **Contract Type:** Full-time **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday 6:00 am \- 4:00 pm 5:00 am \- 3:00 pm 10:00 am \- 8:00 pm **Job Description:** A retreading company requires plant operators to support production processes within the company. **Salary and Benefits:** * Current legal minimum wage \+ statutory benefits (transportation allowance, bonus, severance pay, interest on severance, vacation) * Fixed monthly bonus of $150\.000 * Variable productivity bonus (between $250\.000 and $300\.000\), starting from the 3rd or 4th month, depending on performance *(Note: this incentive depends on goal achievement and therefore may vary or not be awarded)* Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
