Position Summary: Provide operational support, ensuring proper software usage, incident resolution, and user training to contribute to business continuity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participation in technology projects and continuous improvement A logistics-sector company is seeking a Technology Specialist or professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields to fill the position of WMS Analyst. Job Mission: Provide operational support, ensuring proper use of software and/or applications, timely incident resolution, and user training, thereby contributing to business continuity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities: -Provide first-level user support for software and applications. -Manage requests regarding parametric tables and ensure information quality. -Monitor reports and interfaces to guarantee their correct operation. -Train users and document processes and manuals. -Generate reports and indicators for system control and improvement. -Participate in technology projects and propose improvements. -Ensure timely incident resolution and internal customer satisfaction. Requirements: -Technology Specialist or professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. -Minimum 1 year of experience in user support or application management. -Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. -Basic knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Service Management). -Advanced knowledge of BlueYonder WMS configuration and operation. -Experience in WMS implementation projects. -Analytical ability, structured thinking, results orientation, and teamwork skills. Desirable: -Knowledge of agile methodologies. -Knowledge of relational database modeling and querying: MySQL, MOCA, SQL Server. -Technical English (reading documentation).
