Position Summary: Coordinate, execute, and monitor Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) processes, ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being, as well as managing personnel onboarding and contracting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) processes 2. Ensure legal compliance and occupational well-being 3. Strategically support company operations Technical or Technologist degree. Minimum 1 year of experience. Plan, execute, and monitor Human Resources department and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) processes, ensuring legal compliance, worker well-being, and strategic support to company operations; manage personnel onboarding, contracting, induction, and separation processes; prepare documents such as: new employee employment contract; complete all affiliations for personnel hired by the company; draft, update, and safeguard employment contracts, resumes, and personnel documents. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; availability for overtime work on Saturdays. Offer: $2,000,000 + Statutory Benefits + Immediate Hiring.
