This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** -------------------- **We are seeking:** Operations Coordinator **Location:** Tenjo, Cundinamarca (Medellín Highway, Km 8.3, Calle 80, Rosal la Vega Road) Logistics Park, Calle 80 – Latam Tenjo – Cundinamarca **Schedule:** Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, and occasionally on Sundays and holidays. **We Offer** * Corporate benefits * Development opportunities * Job stability **Purpose of the Role** Coordinate and ensure the proper execution of e-commerce logistics operations, guaranteeing compliance with service levels, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement. **Requirements** ---------------- **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in e-commerce logistics operations**. **Experience in the following processes:** * Goods receipt * E-commerce operations planning * Wave creation * Product dispatch * Reverse logistics * Inventory management and distribution center operations * Experience leading operational teams * KPI monitoring and productivity control * Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel) * Preferred experience in sectors such as technology, mobile devices, or home appliances **Technical Knowledge** * WMS system proficiency (JDA NTV preferred) * Functional support for logistics applications * Information analysis and tabulation * Operational incident management **Responsibilities** -------------------- **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate e-commerce logistics operations: goods receipt, storage, order preparation (picking/packing), and order dispatch. * Plan operations according to e-commerce channel cut-offs and volumes. * Manage wave creation and ensure correct process execution. * Supervise inventory control and reverse logistics. * Monitor management indicators (KPIs) and team productivity. * Lead operational teams, including shift scheduling and personnel administration. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards. * Prepare and present operational reports. * Provide functional support for technological tools (e.g., JDA NTV), including resolution of second-level incidents. * Manage relationships with customers and suppliers. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
