Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistical Tracking Analyst to track and control shipments and deliveries, manage incidents, and enhance logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis to improve operations **Work Location:** Bogotá–Medellín Highway Km 6, South Side, Siberia – Cundinamarca **Salary:** $2\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 42 hours **Availability:** Overtime, Sundays, and holidays as required by operations. JOB OBJECTIVE We seek a **Logistical Tracking Analyst** to track and control shipments and deliveries, manage incidents with carriers, and generate insights to improve delivery times and logistical operational efficiency. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform real-time tracking of shipments, dispatches, and deliveries. * Manage incidents, delays, losses, or inconsistencies with carriers. * Monitor adherence to delivery timeframes. * Analyze data to identify recurring failures and operational incidents. * Prepare reports and monitor management indicators **(KPIs)**. * Issue timely alerts regarding delays or non-compliance. * Propose improvement actions to optimize transportation and distribution processes. * Maintain up-to-date tracking and traceability information for orders. * Track incidents until resolution is achieved. REQUIREMENTS * Technician or professional degree in **Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Experience in **logistics, transportation, distribution, tracking, or customer service**. * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate or advanced level**. * Ability to analyze information and prepare reports. * Prior experience with **WMS, ERP, or tracking and tracing platforms** is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage incidents across departments and with suppliers.
