Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor with sales, communication, and negotiation skills to provide in-store product advice, conduct marketing activities, and ensure compliance with basic marketing rules. Training in floor planning and booth organization. We are currently hiring SALES ADVISORS. What will be your responsibilities?: Sales and communication skills. Negotiation and persuasion skills. In-store product advisory services. Marketing activities at the point of sale. Implementation of promotional sales initiatives. Ensuring compliance with basic marketing rules (cleanliness, stock availability, FIFO, visibility, pricing). Communicating product features and prices. Promotional activities at the point of sale. Ensuring core marketing fundamentals (availability, visibility, and signage). Handling POP materials and incentives. What are we looking for?: Academic level: High school diploma. Specific knowledge: Marketing, promotion, sales, floor planning, booth organization, and customer service. Specific experience: Experience in marketing, preferably in modern trade channels. Required competencies: Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to learn. What do we offer?: Salary: $1750905 + statutory benefits.
