




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst to optimize technical information management and operational processes in the sanitation sector, supporting decision-making and service improvement. Participation in municipal project technical committees Soluciones Empresariales Temporales SOLUTEMP SAS, a leading Human Resource Management company with over 3,000 employees and nationwide presence, requires a Project Analyst for one of its client companies in the sanitation sector, to be based in Girardot, Cundinamarca. Requirements: Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum one year of experience in similar positions or in data analysis and georeferencing systems management. Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Excel, Google Earth Pro, and Google Maps. Responsibilities: Provide support for optimal technical information management and operational reengineering under cost-effective conditions, enabling decision-making, operational optimization, and service improvement, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Preparation of SUI forms for collected waste, compliance forms for regulations 351 and 720, final disposal forms for sanitary landfills, and transfer forms for transfer stations. Verify CLUS (Urban Cleaning Cost per Subscriber) area procedures — including grass cutting, tree pruning, public area washing, and installation and maintenance of trash bins — to ensure execution within quality, efficiency, and effectiveness parameters established in PGIRS or contracts signed by the company. Perform georeferencing of trash bins, containers, and customers using software such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and Google Maps. Participate in the technical committee and act as coordinator during the execution, updating, modification, and/or development of municipal PGIRS where our company provides services. Workplace: Girardot, Cundinamarca Salary: $2,284,000 + social benefits Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as operationally required.
