We seek someone who wants to **believe, impact, and transform lives** from their new role. **Job Description** **Responsibilities and Role Focus** * Responsible for financial operations across the Americas and the Caribbean. * Reports directly to Prateek. * A distinct shift from prior processes—placing greater emphasis on strategic business analysis and support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Finance Controlling. * Pricing Analysis. * Business Analysis and support for strategic decision-making. * Market analysis and sales performance evaluation. * Margin visibility and control. * Development and justification of strategic business cases. * Use of advanced analytical tools (Excel, S4 HANA). **Requirements** * Prior experience in FP\&A, controlling, or financial analysis. * Regional exposure preferred (not mandatory; highly regional profiles often entail higher costs). * Ideal for a senior professional ready to transition into a Manager role. * Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
