A humane, respectful, and wellness-oriented work environment. **JOIN OUR TEAM AT DAAR IN-HOME CARE** At **DAAR IN-HOME CARE**, we are looking for highly committed **Speech-Language Pathologists**, driven by a service vocation and a comprehensive clinical approach, to join our warm and professional team, dedicated to providing in-home care **in Bogotá’s northern zone.** We welcome both recently graduated professionals and those nearing graduation, who wish to grow professionally and make a real impact on their patients’ quality of life. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments to identify therapeutic needs. * Design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans. * Deliver in-home care with a humanistic, ethical, and evidence-based approach. * Apply specialized techniques in areas such as swallowing, speech, language, and voice. * Accurately and promptly document each patient’s clinical progress. * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professional degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or nearing completion with certifiable clinical practice). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in rehabilitation processes (relevant clinical practice is acceptable). * **Extensive knowledge and experience in swallowing management (dysphagia).** * Myofunctional therapy expertise with pediatric and adult populations. * **Certification in techniques such as electrostimulation, facial tapping, and other complementary therapeutic tools.** * Submission of **verifiable supporting documents and certificates** for courses, diplomas, or additional training. * Ability to adapt interventions according to each patient’s specific needs. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities. * Availability for in-home care during flexible hours. * Commitment to quality standards, biosafety, and professional ethics. **WE OFFER** * Service agreement contract with payment per session performed. * Session fee \+ transportation allowance included. * Flexible scheduling to organize your agenda. * Ongoing support, guidance, and professional growth within the organization. * Opportunities for continuous education and professional development. * A humane, respectful, and wellness-oriented work environment. * The opportunity to positively impact the life of each patient and their family. **HOW TO APPLY?** Send us your updated resume and academic credentials. **Grow alongside a team that teaches, inspires, and empowers you to DAAR your best!** Job Type: Freelance Work Location: On-site employment
