Ensure full customer satisfaction by responding to requests with excellent availability and a service-oriented attitude, guaranteeing requirement fulfillment through service tracking and management indicators. **Requirements** **Academic Qualification:** Technician and/or Professional in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles, including administrative tasks, database management, and customer service. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Shifts Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) Contract Type: Project-based or task-based
