Job Summary:
Industrial or Environmental Engineering professional with specialization in OHS to plan, implement, maintain, and improve integrated management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the administration of integrated management systems (IMS).
2. Ensure legal compliance in quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), and environmental matters.
3. Coordinate audits and manage system documentation.
Salary: COP 2,800,000 + transportation allowance + benefits + monthly food bonus
Academic Qualification: University Degree
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education: Industrial or Environmental Engineer with specialization in Occupational Health and Safety
Experience: 2–4 years in integrated management systems administration
Plan, implement, maintain, and improve the integrated management system.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements in quality, OHS, environment, and related systems.
Coordinate internal audits and support external audits. Monitor policies, objectives, indicators, and IMS programs.
Manage and update system documentation.
Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, and corrective actions.
Coordinate training and leadership programs
Additional Requirements: Valid OHS license, ISO standards training, experience in IMS implementation and maintenance, audit and indicator management
