Requirements: • Technical or technological degree in restaurant and bar services, mixology, or related fields • Minimum 2 years of experience in bar operations within hotels, restaurants, bars, or clubs • Knowledge of BPM, food and beverage handling and hygiene • Experience in inventory control and supply management • Leadership skills, service orientation, and teamwork ability Main Functions: • Supervise daily bar operations • Ensure order and cleanliness in work areas • Train staff on beverage preparation and service • Monitor and control inventories • Manage orders for supplies and products • Reconcile inventory discrepancies with the cost department • Promote sales and customer satisfaction • Propose new beverages, cocktails, and trends for bar offerings • Support corporate events and special activities Working Conditions: • Salary: $2.672.393 + meal benefit + statutory benefits • Schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, with mid-week rest • Location: Sabanilla. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technical Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
