Management of hydraulic networks and green areas **POSITION INFORMATION** ------------------------- **Position:** Locative Maintenance Technician **Department:** Maintenance **Immediate Supervisor:** Maintenance Coordinator **General Summary:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, including hydraulic networks, leasehold repairs, painting, furniture, and green areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, orderliness, and proper preservation of the company's spaces. #### **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** High school diploma, Technical or Technologist degree, or student in final semesters of Maintenance, Construction, Hydraulic Installations, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 6 months of experience. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in manual and electric tools. * Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is desirable. * Basic knowledge of finishing work. #### **FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** * Perform maintenance and repair of hydraulic and sanitary networks. * Carry out minor repairs on walls, ceilings, floors, and furniture, ensuring functionality and safety of installations. * Paint and adapt leasehold spaces according to company requirements. * Report material and tool needs, as well as damages identified in facilities. * Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness protocols at the workplace. * Maintain cleanliness of common areas in production warehouses and storage facilities. * Perform maintenance of company gardens and green areas, ensuring their proper condition and appearance. Other duties assigned as required by organizational needs.
