We seek professionals with experience in material specification, renovations, building maintenance, construction supervision, or technical support for construction projects. Requirements: * Licensed architect. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. * General knowledge of materials for roofs, façades, waterproofing, and finishes. * Availability to conduct scheduled on-site visits. * Observational, analytical, and reporting skills. Preferred experience includes: * Residential or commercial renovations. * Construction project management or supervision. * Specification of construction materials. * Building maintenance and conservation.
