Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineering and Design Assistant to support the development and execution of projects by preparing technical drawings and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the development and execution of civil engineering and design projects. 2. Collaboration in the preparation and modification of technical drawings. 3. Assistance in construction progress monitoring and document organization. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Civil Engineering and Design Assistant** to support the development and execution of our projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and modification of technical drawings * Support in quantity takeoffs and calculation of construction quantities and specifications * Preparation of project technical documentation * Assistance in construction progress monitoring and control * Organization and submission of documents for billing * Organization and archiving of drawings and technical files **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with professional license * **Experience:** Minimum one year in administrative procurement processes * **Software Tools:** Proficiency in Excel and experience with various design software * **Competencies:** Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability **We Offer:** * **Contract Type:** Initial contract of less than one year * **Work Schedule:** Full-time, fully on-site * **Salary:** COP 2,500,000 per month * **Payment Frequency:** Monthly, from the 30th to the 5th of each month * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:54 PM * **Location:** Bogotá, La Soledad neighborhood, Teusaquillo * Immediate hiring If you meet the above requirements, please send us your resume.
