Job Mission Support the structuring, preparation, follow-up, and submission of technical, legal, and financial proposals for public and private procurement processes, ensuring compliance with requirements established by each entity or client. Main Responsibilities * Analyze bidding documents, terms of reference, and invitations. * Prepare and organize required legal, technical, and financial documentation. * Develop compliance matrices, schedules, and comparative tables. * Draft and review commercial and tender proposals. * Register, track, and submit processes on public and private procurement platforms. * Manage updates of the company’s enabling documents. * Coordinate information supply with various departments and suppliers. * Track tender processes until award. Required Profile * University degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in tendering or public and/or private procurement processes. * Knowledge of state procurement regulations. * Proficiency in **SECOP I and SECOP II** (preferred). * Proficiency in office tools, especially **Excel, Word, and PDF document handling**. * Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Especially Valued * Experience in companies within the private security, surveillance, or services sector. * Familiarity with private procurement platforms. * Knowledge of **Colombia Compra Eficiente**, SECOP, and private entities’ procurement portals. * Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. * Proactivity, results orientation, and teamwork.
