Leadership and communication with key stakeholders A food sector company operating in correctional facilities requires a FOOD ENGINEER \- BOGOTÁ for its team to fulfill the following profile: Responsibilities 1\. Coordinate all activities required for the proper delivery of each meal in the food supply service at detention facilities. 2\. Manage procurement of food or raw materials necessary for the proper execution of processes, in accordance with specifications defined by USPEC. 3\. Design and share with the team the tools required for monitoring and controlling quantity, timeliness, and quality standards throughout process execution. 4\. Monitor team members' compliance with assigned tasks to ensure proper operational performance as stipulated by USPEC. 5\. Receive visits from Oversight and/or Supervision entities. 6\. Lead and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders involved in operations to implement necessary actions for successful service delivery.
