Plan, direct, and coordinate quality processes, policies, and strategies in the plant. Supervise and ensure quality in fabrics, garment manufacturing, and finished products. Verify compliance with technical specifications and production standards. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process. Guarantee customer satisfaction through adherence to standards. Key Knowledge Areas: Quality processes in the textile sector (fabrics, garment manufacturing, pattern making). Handling of technical specifications. Customer service. Requirements: High school diploma (minimum). Experience in textile companies in quality-related areas (fabric, color, garment manufacturing, finished product). What do we offer? Indefinite-term employment contract, including all statutory benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating 8-hour shifts.
