Job Description We are seeking a technical, solution-oriented, and highly self-managed Systems Leader to ensure technological continuity, information security, and operational technical support for our IPS in the department of Cundinamarca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technology infrastructure, guaranteeing the proper functioning of equipment, networks, and systems supporting care delivery for our users and healthcare professionals. Main Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support (on-site and remote) to IPS users (medical, clinical, and administrative staff). Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, peripherals, networks, and connectivity in optimal condition. Timely manage corrective maintenance with external vendors when required. Information Security and Backup: Implement and supervise information security policies, ensuring periodic backups of the IPS’s critical data and patient databases. Health Infrastructure Management: Support the proper operation, updates, and connectivity of electronic health record software, appointment scheduling systems, and regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., Mipres, RIPS) to oversight entities. Technology Asset Management: Maintain up-to-date inventories of hardware, software licenses, and equipment lifecycle records for organizational technology assets. Willingness to Travel: Travel to various sites or points of care within the department of Cundinamarca to address contingencies, perform on-site installations, or conduct maintenance. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree, Engineer, or Technologist in Systems, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and technology infrastructure administration, preferably in clinics, hospitals, or health sector institutions (IPS). Specific Knowledge: Hardware and software maintenance (Windows / Linux). Network configuration (LAN/WAN), routers, switches, and perimeter security. Database tools and information security management. Desirable: Familiarity with electronic health record software operation and support. Competencies: Proactivity, excellent internal customer service, ability to work under pressure, and strong orientation toward resolving technical issues. Mandatory Requirement: Willingness and availability to travel throughout the department of Cundinamarca. Contractual Conditions Workplace: Cundinamarca (with mobility between sites). Work Schedule: Full-time / Availability as per operational requirements.
