At our company, we seek a Senior Distribution Center Coordinator to lead operations with a focus on efficiency, control, and continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, optimizing warehousing and dispatch processes, and meeting service-level commitments to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
* Ensure inventory reliability and control.
* Optimize the use of space and resources within the distribution center.
* Plan and execute logistics strategies to improve productivity.
* Ensure on-time delivery performance and service-level compliance.
* Supervise proper use of the WMS and operational traceability.
* Analyze KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading warehousing and dispatch processes. Strong WMS proficiency. Knowledge of inventory management, picking, packing, and goods traceability; experience leading operational teams. Strong analytical capability and results orientation. Communication and problem-solving skills.
