




Job Summary: We are seeking a Flower Operator to perform tasks including bed preparation, planting, crop maintenance, flower harvesting and packaging, ensuring quality and traceability. Support in ensuring quality and traceability We are currently recruiting Flower Operators in La Ceja. Responsibilities: Perform bed preparation tasks for planting (leveling, moistening, compost application, and wood chip application). Carry out cutting planting in trays or open fields, including hormone treatment, staking, and sealing irrigation. Install and extend drip hoses, lower shade nets, install horizontal supports, rods, and tension wires. Assist in crop maintenance activities: weeding, de-budding, de-stemming, collecting stubble, and waste removal. Remove plastic covers, perform plowing, and clean beds. Participate in flower harvesting, measuring, weighing, packaging, dyeing, bundling, and labeling. Perform scanning using PDAM to ensure product quality and traceability. Assist in the pre-cooling process, receipt, loading, unloading, and internal movement of flowers or containers. Maintain order and cleanliness in both internal and external work areas. Carry out assigned tasks according to production area schedules.
