




Job Summary: A prominent company in Itagüí is seeking an Inventory Assistant to manage goods movement, schedule and execute cyclic inventories, and coordinate inventory reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the control of receipt and dispatch movements of goods. 2. Plans and executes cyclic and monthly inventory tasks. 3. Identifies and manages product anomalies in inventory. A prominent company in the municipality of Itagüí requires the position: Inventory Assistant Responsibilities: Understand client-agreed conditions; perform control of receipt and dispatch movements of goods in the inventory management system and generate inventory inflow and outflow reports; generate picking and packing lists for goods to be dispatched; schedule and execute cyclic inventory tasks assigned by the client; plan monthly inventories, coordinate their execution, and perform reconciliation; alert when stored goods present location and/or expiration date anomalies; inform the accounting department of inventory results for corresponding invoicing; update inventories in the system if managed via a non-automated system; identify and manage handling of missing/extra/damaged products during receipt, storage, and preparation; ensure importation of client dispatch requests and attend to agreed destinations.
