




Position Summary: Logistics Coordinator – Disposition will manage vehicle availability, negotiate rates, and supervise inventory for logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the operation of owned and third-party vehicles. 2. Negotiate competitive transportation rates. 3. Control vehicle inventory and supervise drivers. A leading company in services and logistics is seeking a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – DISPOSITION for its team. Responsibilities: Evaluate vehicle requirements for the regional office together with the scheduling analyst. Manage the entry of vehicles (owned or third-party) into operations, ensuring they meet required regulatory specifications to guarantee various collections and services. Identify national transportation service providers compliant with requirements corresponding to the types of waste handled. Negotiate transportation rates with third-party providers to ensure competitiveness and favorable impact on the line’s P&L. Control vehicle inventory. Supervise, with support from the scheduling analyst, the personal appearance of both owned and third-party drivers. Experience: 1 year in this or similar position; experience in resource management (personnel, vehicles, equipment), planning, execution, and supervision of all logistics-related activities.
