Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operator to perform efficient operational activities, ensuring proper handling, organization, and dispatch of products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform logistics activities, handling and organization of products 2. Carry out picking, classification, repacking, and organization of products 3. Ensure order and cleanliness in work areas A company located in Medellín is looking for a Logistics Operator to join its team, with six (6) months of experience in logistics, production, warehouse, and inventory management. Academic Qualification: High school graduate. Job Requirements: Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas and in the products handled. Proficiency in picking, assembling, classification, repacking, and organization. Job Mission: Efficiently execute logistics operational activities, ensuring appropriate handling, organization, and dispatch of products in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Perform picking activities according to established orders. Classify and organize products in the warehouse. Execute merchandise repacking processes. Assist in order assembly for dispatch. Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. · Salary: COP 1,750,905 + current statutory benefits + transportation allowance + night shift surcharges + overtime (approximately COP 2,200,000 to COP 2,300,000). Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekend day off, on rotating shifts: Shift 1 from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Shift 2 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Shift 3 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Work Location: Envigado, Antioquia, on-site mode.-Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Keywords: operator, operative, operator
