Job Summary: Logistics supervisor responsible for planning, controlling, and overseeing picking, packing, and dispatch operations, leading the workforce and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Quality management (BASC, HACCP, PESV, BPM) and data analysis. LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR EDUCATION: Professional or technological degree in Logistics. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, control, and supervise picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Manage dock appointments, container tracking, and inventory. Lead and train the workforce; handle payroll-related incidents. Maintain quality management systems: BASC, HACCP, PESV, BPM, and food safety. Generate operational reports and maintain efficiency indicators. Audit facilities and equipment; ensure resource availability. Comply with and promote Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. PROFILE Leadership, assertive communication, and results orientation. Proficiency in radio frequency (RF) technology and WMS systems.
