Leadership in food preparation and supervision A company in the food sector is looking to hire a Chef with twelve (12) months of experience in kitchen management and leadership. This opportunity represents a connection with gastronomic talent, promoting professional growth in an environment that values culinary excellence and efficient kitchen process management. · Responsibilities: - Plan and develop recipes and menus, estimate food and labor costs, and process food supply orders. - Supervise and coordinate cooks' activities for food preparation and cooking in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, clubs, or other food-service establishments. - Prepare, season, and cook specialty foods and complex dishes. - Supervise compliance with quality standards for food, preparation, dishes, and service. - Train cooks and other staff in food preparation, garnishing, cooking, dressing, and presentation. - Perform related duties. · Knowledge: - Customer service - Production and processing - Hospitality, restaurants, and banquet services · Skills: - Assertive communication - Teamwork - Conflict resolution - Time management · Salary: $2.249.095 + statutory social benefits.
