Develop instructional resources aligned with Auteco University's objectives and guidelines. Design curricula and prepare educational materials. Deliver technical training with a commercial focus. Manage the status and inventory of tools and supplies. Support product update and launch programs. Monitor training impact and evaluate participants' knowledge. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants. Perform technical analysis of new models and compare them against manuals. Implement adjustments arising from alignment between the model and the service manual. · Required Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in motorcycle mechanics, electronics, systems, or automotive fields, depending on the sector. Pedagogical or technical training background (desirable). · Required Experience: 1–2 years in motorcycle technical service, technical training, personnel development, or specialized support. Mobility Requirements: Willingness to travel.
