Job Mission: Actively participate in the company's digital transformation processes to support the Information Technology area. Responsibilities: Support the help desk plan and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for technological infrastructure, according to the work schedule established by the area leader. Collect and store relevant data from each department of the Company through process monitoring to ensure data security and availability when required. Ensure that information in the database is complete, up-to-date, and reliable. Technically maintain cross-functional Power BI dashboards covering all Company processes, based on established protocols, and generate corresponding monitoring and control reports. Build and manage Power BI dashboards for measuring Company performance indicators. Execute the help desk plan and scheduling of corrective and preventive maintenance for technological infrastructure, according to the work schedule established by the area leader. Support the identification of improvement opportunities within the Company using technological tools. Support the development of management dashboards enabling senior management to monitor Company operations, thereby contributing to monitoring, action planning, and strategic direction. Implement new software services and/or platforms for data collection and administration. Requirements Currently enrolled in a technical or technological program in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. No prior apprenticeship contract signed. Basic knowledge of: Software and Hardware Maintenance, Data and Information Networks, Technological Infrastructure. Proficiency in office productivity tools (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Benefits We offer a valuable learning experience.
