




Job Summary: Coordinate warehouse operational and inventory processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and compliance with standards to satisfy customers and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate the daily execution of receiving and dispatch activities. 2. Lead and develop the warehouse operational team. 3. Manage and ensure timely responses to claims from distributors. **PURPOSE** ------------- Coordinate warehouse operational and inventory processes, ensuring efficiency, traceability, and compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards to contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external customers and to business productivity. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Coordinate the daily execution of receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, loading, and returns activities. * Design, maintain, and implement operational standards for loading, unloading, and material handling. * Assign and prioritize resources to maintain operational fluidity while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Manage and ensure timely responses to distributor and customer service claims. * Issue alerts for deviations that may jeopardize inventory traceability, food safety, or availability. * Ensure immediate corrective actions are taken in response to events affecting product quality or food safety. * Monitor warehouse expenses, validate consumptions and services, prepare periodic reports, and propose corrective actions when budget deviations occur. * Coordinate with the Transportation department on loading appointment scheduling, verifying that loading complies with defined requirements and applicable legal regulations to ensure continuity of warehouse operations. * Coordinate adherence to the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for assigned resources. * Supervise compliance with logistics service contracts defined by the Head of OBT. * Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse operational team, promoting training, safe work practices, and commitment. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** ------------------------------ * Training in inventory system development and control * Information Systems (ERP) \- SAP preferred * Training in material storage techniques * Personnel management * Warehouse management * Knowledge of WMS module, RFID, RF functionality * Knowledge of supply chains * Office tools (Advanced Excel) * Communication and leadership skills * Knowledge of supply models: DDMRP and others * Operations management * Database management **EXPERIENCE** --------------- * 3 years in logistics processes. * 2 years in leadership and team development.
