Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Estimate effort and required reengineering solutions for each project, defining resource allocation according to client requirements. * Support project initiation to thoroughly understand requirements and jointly define workflows with architects and developers. * Supervise and approve the creation of specification documents aligned with development guidelines, ensuring client approval. * Plan, monitor, and support project development by setting clear objectives for the team under quality and efficiency standards. * Review and control technical project quality, applying best practices, integrated functionalities, and guidelines defined in the specification document. Required Knowledge: * Leadership. * Monitoring and control of KPIs. * Adaptability. * RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath). * Python. * SQL. Salary: $6.500.000 to $8.000.000 + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract.
