Hardware problem diagnosis and resolution A leading national technology company is currently seeking new talents to strengthen its workforce, focusing on field technical support solutions for end customers, with the following requirements: Certified/Graduated TECHNICIAN or TECHNOLOGIST (MANDATORY) in systems, equipment maintenance, electronics, or related fields. Certified experience exceeding TWO YEARS providing on-site and remote technical support for computer equipment and peripherals. Experience in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Technical support for printers across operating systems and backups, operating system migration. Equipment preparation and inventory, knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, network management, diagnosis and resolution of issues in laptops and desktops, working at heights. Primary responsibilities include field support and hardware diagnostics. Required knowledge includes: Hardware component testing and BIOS reset, connecting devices to domain and configuring network settings (IP and DNS), accurate case documentation and incident reporting, courteous and effective user support. Conditions: Work Location: GIRARDOT and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL); 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) plus availability on Saturdays (not exceeding 44 weekly hours). Contract Type: PROJECT-BASED OR LABOR CONTRACT Salary: $1,750,905 + $38,000 telephone allowance + $249,095 transportation allowance + operational expenses and travel allowances (as applicable), plus all statutory benefits (bonuses, severance pay, severance interest, paid vacations). MUST possess valid certification and training for working at heights.
