




Job Summary: Environmental Management Analyst responsible for implementing plans and programs of the Environmental Management System, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a culture of waste separation. Participate in audits and comply with ISO 14001 A leading company specializing in Technology Solutions and Outsourcing Services requires an Environmental Management Analyst for its team. Primary Objective of the Position Responsible for implementing the plans, programs, and projects of the Environmental Management System in activities aligned with strategic direction, and accountable for staff training programs on integrated solid waste management to foster source-level waste separation culture, while ensuring legal compliance according to current environmental legislation. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct inspections within the scope of the organization’s environmental management. Prepare quotations, consumption records, and service orders related to the organization’s environmental management. Manage identification of environmental aspects and impacts, as well as associated risks and opportunities. Manage acquisition and maintenance of safety data sheets and technical specifications for products marketed by the company. Manage waste in accordance with the waste management program and applicable environmental legal requirements of the organization. Conduct promotional campaigns to mitigate environmental impact generated during daily operations. Manage internal and external training for developing environmental management competencies, in line with the training plan. Manage waste collection from internal and external customers, in accordance with contractual and/or applicable legal requirements. Manage internal and external communications regarding environmental management, per organizational guidelines. Maintain updated records of environmental indicators. Engage manufacturers to implement new post-consumption programs, complying with current legal regulations. Actively participate in planning and execution of internal and external audits to comply with technical and legal regulations. Ensure implementation of the defined work plan for the organization’s environmental sustainability management. Apply necessary mechanisms to comply with the current version of ISO 14001. Address findings and/or nonconformities as appropriate. Participate in programs for environmental development and mitigation of environmental impact. Ensure legal compliance through information registration as stipulated by applicable legal provisions. Verify destruction certificates for products requiring such documentation. Responsible for managing compliance with the Road Safety Strategic Plan (PESV). Update SV folders, inspections, awareness activities, and breathalyzer tests. Retain evidence of annual management activities. Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Academic: Technician in Environmental Management, Integrated Management Systems, or related fields.
